[BA: School Board Operational Goals]

In August of each year the Board shall formulate goals and objectives. The goals and objectives may include, but are not limited to, its structure, visions, accountability, and advocacy.

In early June the Board shall reflect on the degree to which the goals and objectives from the prior school year have been accomplished by conducting a Board self-evaluation and engaging in a Board workshop in July to discuss the results and begin work on new goals for the new school year.    

It should be noted that the board goals are fluid and are subject to change throughout the term.
