The assignment of all instructional personnel shall be made by of the Superintendent and shall be approved by the Board. All such assignments shall be in the best interest of the schools in keeping with the training and the experience of the personnel.

The Superintendent, in conjunction with the Principal, shall establish the responsibilities and duties of all instructional personnel.

All transfers of instructional personnel shall be subject to the specific terms of the collective bargaining agreements.
