101 Accident Reports

Reports of accidents on school property must be reported to the principal. Any accident, no matter how slight, must be reported within 48 hours, on the forms provided for this purpose.

A notice must be posted in each school informing all employees of the above regulation. It is the principal's responsibility to provide teachers with the necessary forms for reporting any personal injury accident.
