No unauthorized person shall enter upon or remain in public school buildings, including appurtenant buildings, or public school grounds, including parking lots and recreational or athletic areas, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day when school is in session.

Authorized persons shall include teachers and other employees of the school, students of said school, their parents or guardians and those who are present with permission of the principal or person in charge and are involved in school-related business.

The Superintendent shall draft regulations/procedures for the implementation of this policy.
