In accordance with federal regulations, the District shall make available to all children of low economic means and children of moderate-income families experiencing financial difficulties, free or reduced-priced breakfasts and lunches through the School Lunch Program.

Parents who believe their children are eligible may contact the building principal and a determination shall be made relative to their eligibility. Parents may appeal a negative determination to the hearing official designated by the District.
