Dear Families,
We need your help talking to your children about a dangerous TikTok trend encouraging students to force items like paper clips into chromebooks to cause short circuits. This can cause serious damage to the devices and presents a fire risk that threatens the safety of our students. Students engaged in this behavior will be billed for damages and face consequences under the student code of conduct. Thank you for your support.
Thank you,
Principal Szuksta

Dear families,
The weather forecast for the next two days calls for temperatures in the teens and 20s but with a wind chill around zero. While schools will not be holding outdoor recess, it will feel very cold for students heading to and from school. Please remember to take these basic cold weather precautions for your student:
- Dress in layers with a warm coat
- Wear a winter hat, gloves and face covering
- Limit time outside as much as possible
If you are in need of cold weather clothing for your student, including coats, boots, hats and gloves, please contact our school social worker jillianrecord@mansd.org
Thank you,
The Parkside Staff
